  2. Other Saudi Cities: Standard delivery within 3–7 working days, depending on the location.

  3. Free Delivery in Riyadh: All orders within Riyadh qualify for free doorstep delivery.

  4. Safe & Direct Handling: To ensure safe and timely arrival, all deliveries are handled directly by our professional team—no third-party couriers are involved.


Installation Method

  1. For products requiring assembly or installation, our team provides professional installation services at the time of delivery (inside Riyadh).

  2. Installation is conducted with high safety standards, ensuring correct setup and functionality.

  3. Customers outside Riyadh will receive clear assembly instructions or optional paid installation support upon request.

  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the installation space is prepared (clean, accessible, and safe for workers) before the scheduled delivery/installation.
